   Great and friendly service. I took my 2 guinea pigs for a checkup today (Theodore and Archibald), and the vet ladies were so friendly and knowledgable. They really took great care handling my guineas and showed personal interest! Also the staff downstairs are always super friendly and helpful if I need help or just a chat about guinea pigs etc. just wish other stores also had this level of friendliness and customer service! Thanks :)

   I have had to give one star as can't give 0. Visited this store this morning and am appalled at the behaviour of one of your team. She spent 5 minutes talking to friends about her weekend, we interrupted and asked for help and were told she would be with us shortly and carried on with her conversation. Eventually she came over and i asked for help with a new harness for my dog (his current one is fraying and needs replacing). I wanted a harness where the link to the lead is further down his back and not his neck as he pulls. I was told it was nothing to do with the harness and down to my training. That maybe so, however, she made no attempt to help me and was clearly not interested. I can only put this down to the fact that i interrupted her conversation with her friends. Her customer service clearly needs looking at.

   Staff that think they know it all! Been buying all my pet stuff from this store for a long time so this week I had a voucher pop in my pets at home app so took the journey to the store selected the correct product for the voucher got to till and the voucher wouldn't scan! They took my phone searched though my app could see it was a valid in date voucher but wouldn't honor it, they could of easily put it through the till but they couldn't be bothered. Guess what I contacted customer service and they agreed as they could see my account online and said that the voucher was valid and should of been honored

   Me and my mum went into pets at home today and we was talking to the lady about our duckling and we bought some things for him and this lady was so helpful she was absolutely lovely I have no idea of her name but I just had to give her a mention I hope she reads this and knows who she is :)
