   Alot of great deals at great value. I had the 2 done kebabs on pitta with salad and sauce a chip and 2 cans for only £15. I believe its only monday to Thursday though. The one chip is enough for the 2 of us as its a large portion chip. Food was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. I was waiting about even though I could see they were busy. Highly recommend.

   This is a great place for food take away food. I have a rather restrictive diet but they were happy to modify the menu to suit me and didnt charge any more to do it. Everyone was super freindly amd helpful. If I am in the area again I know I will return to this fantastic place.

   The purple onion delivers on what they offer. A decent pizza experience and friendly staff make it easy to order; especially with the variety of combo meals. It’s a shame that limited space hinders it from being much more of an attraction it the local area! Will call again.

   We have been loyal customers for quite a few years even though we now expect the order will be wrong, not sure why they never get it quite right but that didn’t put us off, normally a phone call puts it right, but not tonight! We were lied to and spoken to by a very rude person, he was so rude it annoyed me so much that I got in the car and went down to the shop where again the young man continued to give me bad manners! Instead of apologising and trying to build bridges! I didn’t want more food! Just acknowledgement that our order was wrong again and an apology! He told me the owner was away but surprise surprise when I walked in there he was! To be fair they were more surprised than me! I knew he was there and they were lying! Very disappointed, we like the food but won’t use again, Customer Service is key and Purple Onion just doesn’t have it!

   terrible customer service, app doesnt work but takes your money called to get it sorted even offered to pay again at the door then they message you saying for the hassle they will send it up for free (which i have screen shots of) then when you call to check on the order the cheek of the woman on the phone is shocking when they hang up on you then message you on facebook further to say thats not what he meant and more cheek, customer service is clearly lacking in this business and they might want to go and learn some basic maners instead of messing customers about!

   Pretty great food, calzones, pizzas & Donner kebab are a go to. Love the chicken nuggets, but they sometimes give me McDonald's nuggets which I find strange for a local take-out to do.

   This is the best pizza/kebab shop in Ards. Quality and tasty ingredients. Amazing nan breads and a killer hot chilli sauce. We ordered from them last night and after the order had arrived we realised that we were missing the chips with our kebab. Phoned the restaurant and the owner politely offered to give us the item on our next order. I asked if they could be sent out now and he agreed. When they arrived he had completely re-done the entire kebab order so it was all fresh again. Excellent customer service compared to some others. My only recommendation would be to get a char grill for that proper barbecue taste. It would make my chicken shish even better!!!!
