   I was appalled because I telephoned the practice half an hour before they closed and was turned away even though I was only 15 minutes away from them at the most. I said my pet was crying in pain and they told me to wait another half an hour and call the out of hours vet. Even worse, they had already seen my pet two days prior and given him a clean bill of health. If I could award no stars I would. Such callousness, unbelievable. As a human being I would not “clock off” on the minute I closed especially with the fees charged, not to mention a pet crying in pain which had already been misdiagnosed by the practice..

   Hi had to visit the vet a week last Monday with my cherished soulmate Benji who is 15.5 . From the moment we entered the vets we were greeted with nothing but warmth and care from the staff around the desk to the lovely vet we saw .The vet was from New Jersey and so caring and compassionate.and had read the notes sent down from Leicester.I was not sure if I would be leaving with Benji as has got cancer but been fighting since May I was teary on the phone and was treated with compassion and total empathy.I know that I can still come on holiday as Paignton is like our second home and I know I have peace of Mind knowing that if We need a vet while away we have got a fantastic practice Thanks all so much Warm Regards Benji and Martyn

   On holiday down in Paignton and was advised to call Silverton by another vets in the area who couldn't see my dog urgently. So pleased I called and cant give higher praise for this vets, Silverton offered a same day appointment (actually within 3 hours of calling!) and staff were very helpful and friendly. Arranged to get medical records sent from our home vet quickly to ensure they were up to date with my dogs care. The vet was lovely and very kind and respectable towards my nervous dog and made him feel very at ease. Will definitely be recommending these vets to others especially anyone on holiday and find themselves needing a good veterinary practice!

   They sell you medication that your pets do not need. They after your cash. Also did it to my friends dad who has been with them for 40-50 years. I been with them for 30 bad bad vets.

   The sort of vets that don't call back all day then it's a day wasted Then will not supply flea treatment to a kitten who needs it's really badly... As usual just intrested in cash. Then if you come up with the cash won't give a appointment They rather see a kitten die then give out a simple Treatment

   My young cat (Thor) is very nervous and had an accident (1 and 2) in the carry case while on route to the vets. I informed the staff upon arrival and they took him straight out back to clean him up with no fuss at all. I then realised I had it on me and they gave me products to help clean myself up

   The staff are so friendly and put you at ease and they cared for my two dogs as if they were their own. They kept me informed throughout the procedures I would not take any of my pets anywhere else.
