Normally my experience with them is good customer service little workers there but recently I went back there to get a game and I told a woman w black hair about it and she just rudely said wait with disgust so I just thought na and left and got the same game from cex instead
I was impressed by customer service support received at this branch, needed a quick temporary phone due to losing my phone and Andrada helped me get exactly what I needed. She was friendly, professional and her knowledge made the experience smooth and stress-free.

I had a problem with an item I’d purchased and when I contacted Cash Converters they immediately took the issue in hand and dealt with it with efficiency and kindness. Both Joe and Megan couldn’t have been more than helpful and they kept me informed every step of the way. I just wish every company that I deal with could be as efficient, polite and lovely
Queried about a pair of Prada sunglasses I saw online, the associate wasn't helpful, I had to be more persistent to get the information I required. I then proceeded to purchase the sunglasses online. Upon arrival, the outer box arrived damaged (torn), as they were only sent in a brown envelope. I informed the store about this, as I wanted to keep the sunglasses, but a partial refund would be reasonable. They weren't interested, and wanted me to send the sunglasses back instead. I would avoid purchasing from this store again, as their customer service is very poor, and not ethical.

Charlie, Christian and Jamila are the friendliest people in Grays, also the shops just had a new floor fitted which really brightens up the place and has a melodic squeak when the sole of your shoe makes contact. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Needed a replacement tv, several on offer, I chose one and put a deposit on the tv. Assistant was very helpful and explained everything. Useful shop for second hand products, all good quality
