   Excellent service again from this Florists, owned and run by very polite locals who have lived in the Village for decades. Each time I have gone in they have always made me up a bouquet of flowers on the spot. They just simply ask me what's the occasion and straight off to work making the bouquet up with a friendly chat and catch-up on our village. Todays bouquet of flowers were excellent and much appreciated along with a nice card written out by the Florists to a local lady who had just spent the past 6wks in Harefield Hospital. Many thanks again the team down at Flowers Unique, I really appreciated the great service all round and attention to detail put into your arranging.

   Popped into the shop today and Mark was so lovely! He made me the most amazing flower bouquet — it looks beautiful and was such great value for money. You can tell he really cares about what he does. Definitely coming back again! Love supporting a local business. Also his Son is an amazing skateboarder !

   What a lovely shop - I popped in to see if you had a Blue Rose and you dropped everything to help. I cant thank you enough for the Blue Rose flower you done for my friends wedding - she wanted something very simple and plain, she was overwhelmed with your kindness.    I had two bouquets delivered from this company for my birthday at the end of July with a spend of at least £100. They were not a particularly inspiring choice of blooms and included a lot of greenery but this was not the most disappointing aspect of my husband and friends generosity. By the Saturday at least half the blooms were wilting and dead. I do not normally complain but I was really upset that after four days I was left with a rather raggedy bunch of flowers. I wrote to Mark who responded very quickly and offered to prepare a new bunch of flowers and refund my husband. I accepted the replacement but thought it unfair to accept a refund as well. Mark promised them for the following Wednesday (as they were expecting a delivery of flowers direct from Holland that day). Well here we are two weeks later and no further contact from Flowers Unique. Either their promised delivery didn't arrive or they forgot. I try hard to support our local retailers but sadly this one has lost at least one customer.

   I absolutely love this place. The couple that run it are super lovely, they never say no they always find a way to make something beautiful, even when I turn up before closing needing an emergency bouquet (we've all been there). The flowers are SO fresh and beautifully arranged and packaged. Been going for years and won't stop. It's also REALLY good value for money for the high quality they stock.

   Sam and Mark were fantastic in arranging the flowers for our wedding, listening to what we wanted and providing ideas and solutions to match. The bouquets especially were fantastic, with lots of guest complementing them. Would definitely recommend and use again for any occasion.

   Went to this little shop in Chalfont and can safely say would never go anywhere else now. Walked in and was able to be helped almost immediately. Really quick turn around time and so very very helpful. The flowers are vibrant and the smell is just simply amazing. Fully recommend them for anyone in need of suggestions.

   I experienced some amazing customer service from the owner Mark. I truly couldn’t have asked for more, he was so friendly and helpful when I was picking out flowers for my father’s funeral. The flower arrangement was stunning and Mark offered to make bouquets out of the arrangement and personally brought them round to the wake after the funeral. I would highly recommend Mark and Sam’s Flowers Unique business for all of your floral needs.
