Excellent florist who provided our wedding flowers. They designed them perfectly and were exactly what we had in mind. Sam is friendly and responsive to any queries you have. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and all of the arrangements lasted for a while after the wedding day so us and our families could enjoy them for longer. We will definitely use them again. They were reasonably priced but Sam and his team went above and beyond in making sure that we had exactly what we wanted. Sam at The Flower Shop did the flowers for our wedding in October 2022. We had been in regular contact in the lead up to the wedding and Sam was always patient with the many changes I kept making. He was always friendly, helpful and professional whenever we spoke. We’d only given Sam a vague idea of our theme (orange, purple and autumnal) and what Sam did exceeded our expectations. The flowers were stunning and truly made our day even more special. He even included some little pumpkins that were an added bonus and a big hit with our guests. My bouquet was beautiful and Sam kindly pinned a small framed photo of my Mum to it so that I could have her with me on the day. I highly recommend Sam and The Flower Shop for wedding flowers, or flowers for any special occasion.
Sam went above and beyond to complete and deliver an order on Saturday and my friend was thrilled with the bouquet. The communication was great and he was very friendly in helpful. Highly recommended.
I used to live in Watford years ago and have ordered flowers from here before but not recently. I remember how helpful the lady used to be in this shop - nothing was too much trouble. I don't know if it's new management or if the lady I spoke to just didn't care about the sensitivity of the situation but things have changed unfortunately. I explained that my grandmother is not very well at home right now and I had been looking at the terrainium on the website. I wanted to check if this could be ordered at this time of year and also wanted to check the dimensions as this is not stated on the website. I also explained that I would either order this or some flowers either way. The lady I spoke to told me they did have one in stock but it was different to the one on the website. I asked her if she wouldn't mind sending me a picture so I could decide. She very bluntly said no she was only willing to give a description over the phone. It may seem like a small thing but given that I had spent quite some time looking at the website over the weekend and that I felt some connection to the shop and I was really just wanting to do something nice for my Nan when she is unwell this bluntness and unwillingness to be helpful came like a thump in the chest. I guess I'll just have to get her flowers from somewhere else.
Ordered Succulent Arrangement last June 10, it was beautiful, what you see in the photos is what you will get.. All I can say is that I am very satisfied with the service, Sam is very accomodating, and I thank him for doing all my request. The Flower Shop will be definitely my go to florist everytime I will send flowers/plants to my Girlfriend. A big thank you!
Recently discovered this wonderful flower shop, hidden away in Market Street. I have been wanting a terrarium containing cacti for some time but haven't been lucky enough to source one. Fortunately, I was pleased to find out that the owner was more than happy not only to produced a made to measure, well crafted terrarium but also to deliver it to my home in wonderful condition. The owner was also helpful - informing me on how best to take care of the cacti and ensure their health. I am delighted with my terrarium and feel it offers excellent value for money, it is the envy of all my friends and looks so stylish - thank you Sam! I can't wait to return. :)
