After asking about my favourite flowers, she surprised me by dropping off a gorgeous bouquet just because. It was beautifully arranged with roses, lilies, and eucalyptus- fresh, elegant, beautifully scented, and so thoughtfully put together. Her kindness and personal touch are unmatched.    My niece bought me the most beautiful wrap of pink oriental lilies, pink lisianthus and gypsophilla and brought them to me in Kent (where I own florist shops) I’ve been a florist for 47 years and I must say the flowers she bought me were second to none. This florist is a professional! Many florist shops are opened by untrained people and quickly close, some keep going whilst I have no idea how! This shop is deserving of the 5 stars I’ve given it and I’m told by my niece that the staff are lovely, super friendly and that’s exactly what brings back return business, and the fact that they supply top quality flowers. Well done you for doing a fabulous job!

   I met Adrienne , the owner, very briefly, but our encounter impacted me immensely. I happened to come across her lovely store as I was on my way to see a snooker match taking place in the Brentwood center nearby. Apart from being a tourist and entirely unfamiliar with Brentwood, I didn't have much luck as my phone's battery just died, and I couldn't find my way to see the match. I visited The little florist, which is nearby to the train station where I just arrived, and asked Adrienne for directions and explained my situation. not only she greeted me very kindly, but she sprung into action to assist me in any way possible so I could be there on time, offering to charge my phone for a few moments and even offering to give me a lift to the center. We started our drive to brentwood center after a few more moments in the store, and the drive was not without adventures. While Adrienne was taking me to the center the icy road ahead of us was blocked by a car which was stuck, so naturally we offered assistance. It took us some time and effort and the help of a few more people passing by, but we managed to free the car and continue on our way! Eventually I got to see the snooker match exactly on time, and Adrienne even gifted me with a bag of Christmas cookies on top of everything else she had done to help me. Truly a great experience, and I feel really lucky to have visited the shop and Adrienne ! My only regret is we did not take a picture together :) Thanks Adrienne!

   Highly recommend .Have used this lovely florist several times over the years in particular for funerals and have always found the flowers beautiful and the service absolutely top class .The lady that runs the shop is Very friendly & helpful and genuinely shows interest in your needs . We had a pillow arrangement made yesterday for a family funeral and can’t say how impressed we were with it , so beautiful Many thanks .

   Popped into The Little Florist in Brentwood recently to collect some flowers for a client and decided whilst there to buy some lilies for my wife. The service was great, really friendly. The flowers were perfect, fresh, well presented. My wife was very pleased with hers, will definitely continue using The Little Florist.

   Adrienne is a lovely woman who has been in this lovely little shop for over 42 years and she's not even in her 60's yet! Very helpful and stunning designs. You'd lose out, if you went somewhere else for your floral displays. Tip her with sweets!
