“Brilliant experience. Elliott and the team were so friendly and we were the only couple in the workshop that day. We unknowingly chose quite time consuming designs but the team were happy to keep going until we finished which was definitely above and beyond, and probably much later than they would hope to finish in a Saturday! They also treated us to a lovely Italian takeaway and some prosecco and beer. Couldn’t have been a better day with nicer people. We picked up the finished rings a few weeks later which are stunning. “A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay — friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. “Stunning exterior and interior of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and they have this victorian feel to it. Granted it is not the biggest for the price (Around £190/245usd a night). The only complains were the room doors arent exactly sound proof. You can hear when your neighbours come back and you can hear if people are talking right outside. Probably because the room i stayed in(241) has a visible gap underneath the room door. The ventilation in the bath room dont seem to work well, if you take a hot shower, it fogs up the toilet pretty badly. I mentioned it to the counter staff for maintenance to check and was quickly brushed off with its normal, its like that. The location wise is excellent. It is literally right beside Gloucester station which has Piccadilly line to Heathrow airport. Great connectivity via Central/district lines to the city centre as well. There is a Tesco express just opposite and a larger Sainsbury's supermarket around a 8 mins walk away. Multiple food options are within stone throw. Just the location alone deserves 5 stars. Overall I had a rather pleasant stay.”

“Had Ikebana Lesson here recently. Absolutely enjoyed the lesson! Orchidya is a lovely, sweet shop too. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone need bouquets for occasions, and anyone interested in Japanese flower arranging.”

Staff was very friendly and helpful when I called in asking for heyfever-friendly options, too. Arrived the next day after I ordered.”

“As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”

“Excellent hotel. Not far from restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. There are a few steps up to the hotel. I have a mobility scooter, to bring indoors. There was an accessible lift round the back and was helped in and out of the hotel. The restaurant food was wow good. Plenty of choice for breakfast and good quality.”

“I'm a bit late with this review. I asked Maria at Gardenia to do flowers for my partner's funeral. He loved butterflies and nature so I wanted a wildlife friendly, natural looking arrangement and chose several of the flowers. This is what Iyata created. I was delighted with it, it drew loads of compliments and lasted for ages.”

I have had my haircut with Michael at Allen’s Barbershop since it opened & will continue to do so. Nice place to be, good atmosphere & very clean. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Michael, minimal to no delays in getting on the chair, always seem to be on time and efficient. The new booking system now makes it easy to book an appointment.”

“Mr Ruffles had come recommended and so we booked him with a Super hero theme for our son’s 4th party and our expectations were surpassed. All of the children (and adults!) loved the entertainment. Mr Ruffles was engaging, comical and full of energy keeping the children entertained for the full 2.5 hour booking with dancing, magic, activities and more. Our son can be quite shy at parties but Mr Ruffles had him engaged and participating with joy and delight from start to finish. Wed book Mr Ruffles again in a heart beat.”
