Brilliant store with loads to choose from, kids loved it especially the scare room. Out of interest though, what are you guys planning for after halloween, will yous be doing a christmas selection?
I take my kids here every year,super friendly staff and great bargains to be had. New stuff every year.
I had a really upsetting experience at Halloween Warehouse. A very rude member of staff standing at the door actually snatched a mask out of my hand, accusing me of stealing it — even though I had just purchased it. I was taken aback, turned around in shock, and during the commotion, a car could easily have hit my child if it wasn’t for their dad pulling them back. When I tried to explain that I never received a receipt from their own team, she wouldn’t listen. I took the mask back since I had paid for it and went back to the staff member who sold it to me, who simply gave a thumbs-up to the woman at the door — no apology or explanation at all. There seems to be no management or structure in this place. Staff are dressed in tracksuits and loungewear, which makes it hard to know who actually works there, you dont know who to ask for help from. The car parking out side is completely unsafe, with people parking dangerously and illegally and far too many customers allowed in at once. Overall, the whole setup feels like a health and safety hazard. To top it off, many of their items are available on Amazon for a fraction of the price. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here at all
In my opinion this is suited for teens and adults not young children. Awesome fright filled store!!! Lots of stock to choose from and lovely staff.

Plenty of stock and a great, spooky atmosphere. There is a horrific eye catching scene on the street. There is also a short haunted house inside that is free to enter. Definitely worth checking out every year.
Fantastic selection of adult and child costumes, decorations, party accessories and fireworks. They also have 4 haunted rooms for you to enter if you dare! Also available are quality face paints and costume contact lenses. The only thing they are short on are accessories to go costumes.
Had an incredibly uncomfortable shopping experience. I was grabbed by the man who works there twice, once by my leg from behind, and again on my arm a while later telling me to "calm down". I don't go into shops wanting to be grabbed and yelled at by a creepy old guy telling me "it's just my job". I didn't see him grab or try anything on any man in the store and felt targeted as a woman. The man is a creep and I'm never ever stepping foot in there again. Absolute creep. I love Halloween, but I absolutely HATED the experience in this shop. You're not a haunted house, don't act like it's your job to grab non consenting women.
Excellent range of customs for kids and adults. Spooky fun filled atmosphere!!
