   I had been looking for the unusual vanda orchid to go with my collection of other orchids. Opening my parcel gave me goosebumps when I saw just how beautiful my orchid was! It arrived in very good condition and when I rang Nova Blooms to check on it's initial care the lady I spoke too (unfortunately I didn't get her name) couldn't have been more helpful and we had a lovely chat in general about the care of orchids. I wouldn't hesitate to order my next orchid from Nova Blooms.

   BEAUTIFUL, QUALITY, ORCHID as special Birthday present My first time using this company. (just a pity no telephone help on a weekend; on the other hand, excellent, regular & helpful emails in response to mine). I was initially a little concerned to find, following purchase, that the delivery company, YODEL, was used (THEY don't have very good reviews at all & I wouldn't personally choose them). However, all was FINE. Both Yodel AND Novablooms provided me with a delivery time slot via email. I was then able to pass this on to my sister. This BEAUTIFUL ORCHID PLANT WAS FOR MY SISTER'S 70TH BIRTHDAY. SHE & I DELIGHTED AT THE QUALITY... AND THE SAFE DELIVERY, EXCELLENT, LOVELY, ORCHID, thanks!
