   I ordered a casket spray for a dear friend's mother that passed away. I asked for certain colors she said that wouldn't be any problem. I called when they first opened. I asked if they could be delivered to the funeral home by the end of the day, because the funeral was at 10am the next morning, she said yes that is not a problem. The morning of the funeral I get a call from my best friend and she asked where the spray was. I told her that the lady ensured me that it would be there the evening before. I called Flowers by Eva and asked where the spray was. I got there was an issue with supplies we couldn't get the flowers. They didn't even have the nerve to call me and tell me that they couldn't get supplies. I got an email from Flowers by Eva at 10:23am the morning of the visitation and funeral stating that they couldn't get the supplies to make the spray. How unprofessional was that? Therefore, my best friend's mother didn't have a spray on her due to the unprofessionalism of Flowers by Eva. If they would've contacted me to let me know the same morning I ordered the spray I could've gone to a different florist. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. it's the worse in the industry. They should be shame of themselves for not doing the job they said they could do. I hope anyone that reads this will take your business elsewhere this is not a professional florist. How would they feel if this happened to their mother with no flowers on her casket. I am sick behind of what they pulled. PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS FLORIST!

I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, understanding, and support during such an emotional time — especially when the funeral date had to be changed at the last minute. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and their flowers are always absolutely beautiful. I’ll continue to order from Eva’s time and time again — they truly go above and beyond.

   I have used Flowers by Eva’s on several occasions and each time they provide first class beautiful flowers. A special “shout out” and “thank you” to Shannon who sat with me and was patient and extremely kind whilst I was very emotional ordering flowers for my late Grandad’s funeral. Shannon helped me choose the tribute I hoped for and the result was simply beautiful. I will order from Eva’s time and time again as nothing is too much trouble for them and their flowers are beautiful.

   I have used Eva’s several times over the past few years - absolutely fantastic service. Recently sought advice re appropriate bouquet for a cremation - they did a really beautiful hand tied bouquet which was delivered on time and at no extra cost as they were already delivering to the same place. The quality of flowers are exceptional and the staff are always so kind. Thank you once again for providing a warm and friendly service.

   I can not recommend Eva’s enough!! They are amazing I ordered flowers in the evening for next day delivery for my mums birthday and they where delivered in the morning. They listened to delivery instructions and delivered to my mums neighbour as she wasn’t in and after seeing the flowers I am extremely happy with how they look and value for money. They also had amazing contact with me via email and where amazing on the phone. Thankyou so much will definitely be using Eva’s again!!

   Eva's is an exceptional florist, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The flowers they did for me for the funeral I attended today were wonderful, I was so happy. I know I can always rely on them to do exactly what they say they will do. First class service always.
