I rang last minute to get anti eyebrow peircing and they gt me in. I feel really bad but have forgotten the ladies name already but she was really lovely and helpful as I had a lot of questions. The shop was beautiful and and clean. I will 100% go back for other peircings!
I’ve had lots of piercings done at black ivy. Jazzie is always so friendly and makes you feel at ease! All my piercings have healed really well, I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!
I’ve visited multiple times because the atmosphere and people here are incredibly welcoming and make you feel completely at ease. I’ve gotten several tattoos from Kasey, who is amazing—she’s extremely attentive to detail and ensures you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. I also had my eyebrow pierced by Jazz, and it has healed perfectly with no issues; I honestly can’t imagine not having it. The vibe here is fantastic—supportive, comforting, and truly a great experience every time! Would recommend
I am absolutely in love with my tattoo. Jodie did an incredible job with such a special piece. She captured my dog’s features perfectly. I would 100% recommend Black Ivy, the atmosphere is great, the artists are so friendly and helpful and the prices are fantastic for the quality of the artwork.
I love these ladies, they are definitely worth the 30 minute trip up the motorway for. I’ve become a bit of a regular from having Jazz poke 18 new holes in me & a few in my daughter to the mammoth piece Jodie has been working on for the past 7 months (it just keeps growing with all the ideas we keep coming up with!) You are always made to feel welcome & I love how much they take on board customer feedback too. Also with an all female team it can feel less intimidating than some tattoo studios especially when you are stripping off to minimal clothing (though there are privacy curtains if needed.)

I have now had 3 piercings by Jazz. I have to say she is the only person I would let pierce me again. Jazz will talk you through every step and the actual piercing is very quick and as painless as it’s ever going to be. As soon as the jewellery is through you are practically pain free which is something I haven’t experienced with other piercers. Highly recommended ❤️

I went to jazz to have my conch and top of my ear pierced. I was abit nervous that it was going to be painful, but jazz made me feel really relaxed, and it wasn't painful at all. I had no problems at all with my piercings and they healed very quickly! Definitely 5 stars! Best piercer in Taunton!
