Product and Service both disappointing - ordered a special birthday arrangement with specific colours that held personal meaning. The florist delivered totally the wrong colours. While they admitted the mistake eventually when contacted, they refused to make it right or offer a replacement. A disappointing experience, especially when a gift intended to bring joy was handled without the care or service you’d expect during or after. Sadly cannot recommend.

Shop often closed hours before advertised closing times. This together with extortionate pricing means we won’t be using them again! Too many wasted visits- as well as money!
We recently used Buds and Blooms for our wedding, and could not have been happier with our choice. Shilu was incredibly helpful in supporting us to make our decisions with regards to the wedding flowers, and really delivered on the day! Annual Events I use Buds and Bloom to make a tray of flowers to put on my father's grave and flowers for Mother's Day. They always ask what I want and I always answer, you are the specialists so I will go with your designs. Nice friendly people.
