   Sarah at Emporium did a fantastic job for my wedding flowers! My partner & I had our legal ceremony at York House in September and I arranged my bridal bouquet & 5 x buttonholes through her, as well as two decorative pieces for my home for a small party the following day. Sarah was easy to communicate with via email, and very lovely when I went to see her in person to discuss what I was looking for (in terms of colours & types of flowers, even helping match with a shade of lilac from my shoes!). Everything was delivered on time on the morning of my wedding and I was delighted with how it all turned out. I received a lot of compliments on the flowers, and I thought the value was very good for the product & service received (especially vs other suppliers I had spoken to). I would not hesitate to recommend Emporium for anyone looking for wedding flowers in the Twickenham/Richmond area - thank you Sarah :)

   What can I say!? If I could give 100 stars I would! Sarah simply made our wedding day extra special. Sarah worked with us to find and source the most perfect flowers with the most amazing, warm, friendly and kind service you could wish for. Everything was seamlessly set up at the wedding venue and Sarah provided a personal service keeping us up to date even the morning of our special day. The flowers themselves were absolutely stunning and the colours I requested were so vibrant and beautiful. Seeing my bouquet, head band and all the decorations brought tears to my eyes. The flowers/arrangements were definitely a talking point with all the guests and even better Sarah arranged them so each guest could take them home to cherish. We cannot thank Sarah and Emporium enough for the best service and flowers that we could have ever wished for - thank you so so much!

   Went at 10am to collect purple and soft pink heart wreath for my mum's funeral at 12pm to find it still being made and the florist waiting for someone else to arrive back with the colour of flowers I specifically requested. What had been constructed so far had big white roses stuck all over it- this wasn't at all what I ordered but I let it go as I was assured it would look lovely when finished...went back half an hour later to collect it and the guy finally arrived back from trying to source some purple flowers but couldn't get any apparently?? I was really quite upset so my niece's removed the white roses and replaced them with little pink/green roses we had at home - believe me it looked a whole lot better! Went to see all the flowers the following day only to discover they had used plastic flowers in my heart wreath aswell - I was so focused on the awful looking giant roses the day of the funeral I didn't see them hidden in amongst the fresh flowers - they didn't even give me the courtesy of calling to ask if I wanted white or horrible plastic flowers added. I went back to the shop about this and they tried to justify using plastic because they couldn't get fresh purple!!! I will not be going there again and would not recommend!

   I knew the flowers for my wedding would be beautiful as I had seen Sarah's work in The Bingham Riverhouse previously, however I was completely blown away on my wedding day. The flowers were absolutely perfect, we had arrangements in vases on the tables and everyone commented on the beautiful smell and how gorgeous the room looked. The flowers were exactly what I had imagined and asked for. I've just sent away my beautiful boquet to be preserved so I can enjoy it for years to come. Thank you so much from the new Mr & Mrs X

   Sarah created the most beautiful flowers for our wedding day. From my bouquet, to the table decorations, the cake flowers, and flowers in my hair - it was all absolutely stunning. Sarah was so great to arrange everything with - she took so much care to make sure she was getting the exact flowers I had in mind, and making sure everything was ready on time and the flowers were at the perfect stage of opening - which can be incredibly difficult to get right with temperamental peonies! We always come back to Sarah for bouquets for special occasions and look forward to continuing to. Thank you Sarah and team x

   Sarah did an amazing job of arranging our flowers for our wedding at York House in Twickenham! Her arrangements for the bouquets and ceremony room were absolutely beautiful. But Sarah was also a great help with all the planning and re-planning, as we had to keep shifting our wedding date due to the various lockdown. She really was lovely to work with and helped to make our special day even more special!
