   AVIOD AVOID AVOID this shop at your own Peril. They take your money do not supply on time, do not supply as promised, supply rubish and poorly presented. I Could have got better flowers at an 1/8 of the price from Saninsburys. Then they will hang up on you when you question their ethics. I have never delete with such unscruplous people. If I could give them a legative star I would. Greenford Florists you should be ashamed of yourselves but then you don't realy care do you

   I bought flowers from Greenford Florist for a funeral. I had to order them on a Friday and the funeral was on the Monday. He told me that my only option was to buy a funeral spray for £96 which included delivery charge. The flowers arrived on time but the bouquet was sparse and there were some flowers which were already browning. Not what you'd expect after spending nearly a hundred pounds. When I called to explain he told me they were fresh flowers even though I said I had photo evidence that they were not all fresh. He said that the person is dead anyway so they won't know that the flowers are not fresh. He also claimed that it took 5 hours to deliver because of the petrol crisis (this apparently included a 3 hour walk) and we were lucky we got them at all - they are a local florist and I could have walked them over in less than an hour. He then put the phone down on me and my sister who also called to complain. Good luck if you decide to buy from this guy.

   Zero stars, but the system will not let me use this value so had to allocate one star. I wish I had read the first review as I would not have bothered with them, but I was in a hurry. Ordered some flowers for a funeral to be delivered Monday 09:00, 12 orange roses got delivered on Friday to the Undertakers, who were advised they would be “OK for a week”. They were collected on Saturday and placed into a vase, at the deceased house, and were deteriorating by Sunday when I got there, photos can be provided, thus could not be used. Please learn from my very sad and embarrassing experiencing and don’t go anywhere near this Newsagent, use a real Florists!

   Not a florist here just a newsagent, wasted my time awful flowers haha an absolute joke. call them and you will see what i mean!!!!
