After signing a waver, making sure I could use the park due to my medical stuff and being told sure as I didn't have any of the things mentioned in their , don't use if you have, section. I got suited and booted ready to go on. On my way down the wet muddy slope to the water, I needed help, I used my crutch to steady myself and a male employee can rushing down shouting, "excuse me, why are you using that" I stopped and turned as did others who then eyed me. The guy shouted, "yes with the crutch, why do you have that?!" I said well I have bad balance I don't wanna risk slipping in the mud, I'm using it to steady myself. To which he told me, "no we don't allow those on the inflatables". I said I understood that and it was to just go down the slope, he then let me know that, "you can't go on we don't allow people to use sticks in the water". This went back and fourth about how people don't use crutches to swim and therefore I would be leaving it on the bank. Nope, continued to ask me Infront of everyone really loudly, "what have you got?". I went back to the office said what happened and was then told yeah you can't go on , no sticks on the inflatables. I pointed out how I wasn't using it on the inflatables and it was for the muddy torn up grassy slope so I didn't slip. Nope. I was then told I couldn't go on dispite this person telling me prior then and there, and encouraging me the fortnight before when my kids went on, and the summer prior..... Suddenly changed their mind. Never felt so embarrassed. I was then left, for an hour sat alone whilst my kids and their uncle went onto the park. I felt humiliated. Wouldn't go here again. will go further afield next time Scoring a 2/5 as my kids had fun every time apart from this time when they were left worried about their mum suddenly not being allowed on.

My son went to this, he absolute loved this and you will see from the smile on his face how much fun he had. I defended plan to go myself after watching him for an hour. He was provided with a wet suit, buoyancy aid and a helmet. The safety brief was clear and easy to understand and a lot of life guards on the premises. Food and drink was well over priced (but where isn’t these days) so I recommend if watching taken your own stuff. Great for family fun too.

Loved it helpful staff. The kids enjoyed it. We wasn't sure what was available but could have taken a picnic and stayed longer. A great waterpark for all ages my boys want to go back and try the obstacle course next.

Absolutely brilliant place, so much fun! I would have given 5 stars had the manager, Susan, not partially spoilt it for us. During our session, all we could hear was the manager rudely snapping instructions to her staff over the radios, who I will add, made our visit all the better; therefore did not deserve the abusive tone given to them. This made us uncomfortable and also we felt very sympathetic towards such lovely staff. Luke and Lewis were especially brilliant, they should be valued members of the team, but were not treated so. I do hope the manager rethinks her approach in the future, as customers can hear everything.

My son & a friend had a great time here. £30 for two 50 minute activity sessions. Facilities are basic but they enjoyed this very much.

I showed myself one hour before my appointment. The stuff just gave us the wet suits. No one told us we have to go to reception for checking in. There is no one actually was asking if we needed help. When time came we had to spend 15 min of our time at the reception to watch the video. The waivers that I did online before I go did not also showed on the email for some reason. The lady at the reception was very rude she doesn't know how to deal with upset customers. The staff was really unprofessional and almost ruined the experience. If just anyone of the staff asked us to check in when we showed it would make a huge difference.
