   I came across this company by chance- and I’m so glad I did! I sent flowers to my friend, and Goni and the team went above and beyond to deliver on short notice, even with a little address mishap! The bouquet was beautifully put together- bright, colourful, and exactly as requested. Customer service was exceptional — quick turnaround, friendly communication, and genuine care. In a time where everything feels automated, it’s refreshing to deal with a family-run, independent business that truly values people. Thank you again- I’ll definitely be using you in the future!

   Received this bouquet for my birthday, it was ordered in advance. On the second day it looked very bad. The roses started to get black on the tips of them. The big roses have withered. I think that this is not what you expect when you order flowers in advance and pay so much money. Need to mention that bought 2 bouquets. Very bad experience. Pictures will tell everything.

   Today was my son’s graduation ceremony. We ordered a bouquet from this shop and simply told them that my son likes the colour orange. They designed it all for us, and when we received it, we were so pleased with how beautiful it turned out. The shop owner was also incredibly kind and thoughtful.

   I cannot recommend this florist highly enough! We ordered flowers for my children to give to their teachers, and they were absolutely stunning—beautifully arranged, fresh, and full of thoughtful details. The bouquets looked even better than I had imagined. What made the experience even more special was the kindness of the staff. They were incredibly helpful and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. You can tell they put their heart into what they do.    Ordered a Christmas bouquet for same day delivery but hadn’t noticed that the address I wanted to send to wasn’t covered (it’s a little down the road from me but the postcode is different my fault entirely for not checking!) A little later, I got a phone call to explain and an offer of next day delivery. Great customer service. I haven’t seen the flowers but the recipient was very pleased and said they cheered her up.

   I placed an order online and the bouquet that arrived is just beautiful - the picture doesn't do them justice! The flowers were delivered on the correct date, but had been left at my doorstep without ringing the doorbell/knocking on the door. Nevertheless, I'll be ordering from Blue Florist again and would definitely recommend this service to friends and family!
