   Absolutely Awful Experience – Avoid at All Costs I would give zero stars if I could. We had a truly terrible experience with this florist. The owner was extremely rude, unfriendly, and completely unhelpful. We understandably came a bit last minute to her (two days before a family wedding), asking for a simple floral and ribbon arrangement to dress our car. She agreed—on the condition that we arrive early on the day. We did exactly that, showing up at 8am as instructed. From the moment we arrived, she was shockingly unpleasant. She made snide remarks like, “If you’d given me the full job, I would have cared more.” Not only was this unprofessional, it was completely unnecessary and upsetting during what should have been a joyful occasion. She charged us £60 for a job that barely looked like it was worth £10. The result was rushed, careless, and when we asked for a bit of extra ribbon to adjust it ourselves, she refused to give us the roll and only offered to give us the leftover scraps that she’d already cut. Really unbelievable. This experience was not only disappointing—it was insulting. The owner’s attitude was obnoxious and disrespectful. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. There are far better florists in the area who will treat you—and your special day—with the care and respect you deserve.

   Again a massive success! We have ordered from this florist about a dozen times - for home, daughter, friends, new mothers - and the latest birthday arrangement for my wife was another stunner. Hard to think of a better team to deal with. If there were 10 stars in the rating, I would gladly give them!

   Fantastic experience with Kingston Wild Flowers. They went above and beyond to ensure my mum's mothers day flowers were delivered on time and the flower bouquet was beautiful and really good quality. My mum loved the flower selection. Have ordered twice from here now and both times been really impressed. Would definitely recommend!

   Beautiful floral arrangement prepared by a lady who was on her own and desperately trying to get wedding flowers ready, so I could forgive the fact that my order wasn't ready on time. It was worth the wait.

   Absolutely Appalling, Rude Staff, that is not even prepared to listen and had 10 excuses lined up from the start. I paid £57 for this, had to drive to return them as it was not acceptable. Jamila was the most rudest staff I've encountered and I was left with no flowers and no refund.

   This place is awful! You will receive a dead flower, not "flower's". It is much cheaper and wiser to go anywhere else: Mark & Spencers, John Lewis, ect. There was no card attached with my order (yes one was written) and the product was vastly inferior to the image provided online (duh you are thinking, but yes, it really is that bad-- the flowers were a different colour and came with branches and more foliage than flower). The product was not wrapped, it came only bound with an elastic band and cost a pricey 36 pounds. All things considered, do not waste your time, money, or good intentions on a florist that will deceive and undermine your expectations and wallet.
