   My bother brought these beautiful red roses from Yasmin Florist Edgware to propose to his girlfriend and they really made the night! They were deep red and just beautiful. £140 but worth the money for the quality and the occasion. Will certainly use Yasmin Florist again! We decided to get them delivered to our house last minute - Yasmin was understanding and arranged delivery within a short period of time. Addendum: 20/09/2025 - another fantastic buy brought for my parents for Rosh Hashana great service and beautiful flowers! The pink tulips :)

   Poor customer service. On Saturday I made an online order for around £130 for flowers, teddy, a balloon and chocolates to be delivered to my friend, two days later on Monday for her birthday. I asked for the delivery to take place at 9am on Monday when I knew she would definitely be at home. I was not contacted on the Sunday about any issues with this order. I called them at mid day on Monday as I had heard anything, where a very rude man said that deliveries could not be done at 9am as they open at 9:30am. I asked why I hadn't been informed of this on Sunday. He said it was a mistake. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the matter in a gracious or courteous manner. A lady then contacted my friend (whose birthday it was) and were very abrupt which spoilt her day, they demanded she got home within an hour for the flower delivery. They then dumped the lot behind a bin in her front garden. Very disappointed in the customer services and the manner in which the staff speak to people in. Although the flowers are lovely and good value without a doubt, I will not be ordering from this company again. I can see that the responses from the company to bad google reviews are rude and sarcastic. They could definitely improve in their customer services overall. Watch this space...

   This shop is an absolute joke , didn't do the order right and took advantage of someone one with a disability over charge and then ignored emails Try to call but no use Second time this has happened it's an absolute disgrace! You should be ashame of your self !

   Delighted with the flowers I bought yesterday. The store was kept open a little later to accommodate for my tight schedule and I am tremendously grateful. They are absolutely stunning, 4 bouquets each as beautiful ~ I am amazed and so so grateful. Thanks you Yasmine Florest team!
