   Daughters ears are extremely infected even though we have treated like you would any new piercing. She is in awful pain and the ear ring literally is sinking into her skin cutting her lobes when you try to clean it. May well be a hospital appointment! Very very upset with the lack of care!

   Very disappointed. Payed £40 for a nose piercing which didn't have a backing to it, meaning it fell out the next day. Went back to the shop where we received no help from clueless staff, with a recommendation to "just put a plaster on it", further more wouldn't even provide replacement jewelery. Very unhappy with the service

   Went in today for lobe and cartilage piercing in Trowbridge branch. I booked the appointment online the night before. The shop was busy when i arrived but i was seen right away by 2 lovely ladies. The lady who did my piercing was precise with gentle touch. I would recommend. Thank you!
