   Extremely disappointed with the service. We had ordered and paid for the bridesmaid bouquet flowers from this store. I had spoken on the phone and ordered online, with payment given. When my friend went to collect the flowers on the day, they said they did not have the booking on the system. I cannot believe such a reputable company did this on the day of my wedding. Thankfully my friend was able to find another store. This came with a hefty price but it is what we could do last minute. I strongly do not recommend this company if you are looking for someone professional and reliable.

   I would consider them as big cheaters. Prices are inflated, it just sky rockets like anything in their store. The Beetle leaves are 5 pieces in a packet. The front leaf is large and the below leaves are tiny and either damaged or half dead. The kumkum and Saffron box with yellow thread is costing £2 per packet. The rose water they quoted was £6 for a medium sized bottle which was £5 just opposite the road, same goes for Amul ghee(£6) which was £5 in Ganapathy cash and carry store opposite the road. The Deepak oil costed £6 and the same was £5 in the opposite store. Overall, it’s extremely ridiculous that almost all of their products don’t have price labels and they quote the price out of air. My personal suggestion is to explore the other stores as it is daylight robbery here.

   I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this business owner who was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. Not only did they fail to keep their promises regarding time management, but their speech was incredibly condescending and offensive. I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and would not recommend doing business with them. The customer service skills are severely lacking, and it was a major turn off. I would advise anyone considering going with them to think twice before doing so.

   Rude owner(male) Reached the till after some time as there was a queue. I had a list of 6 to 7 things I wanted to buy for Diwali pooja. All of them were behind the till. The owner asked me to get out of the queue saying there are other customers he has to serve and that I should pick all the things in my list from the shop and then wait in the queue. I don’t know how could I do that when none of the items in my list were accessible to me(all of them were behind the till)!! Moreover, he was not paying attention to my order but was trying to chit chat with a female customer who was trying to suggest me get some stuff which he didn’t have from VB and Sons. Another old lady besides me thought that the “Bel” leaves that he was showing me looked different. She was very polite and so was I. He opened the packet and showed her the leaves from a distance and said “No I won’t give them in your hand” and after that asked me to move out of the queue as well.
