   Absolute waste of money year after year. All cleaners can be bothered to do — when they actually turn up — is mop the floor. Brush disappeared months ago; vacuum cleaner dissappeared weeks ago. Glass and windows NOT CLEANED FOR THREE AND A HALF YEARS. Company forced on us by housing association. Been an absolute nightmare ever since. You may as well send Ideal money, tell them not to bother coming and live in a dirty environment, their cleaning is atrocious! EDIT: Imagine my extreme shock that monthly audits are carried out and the place is still dirty. Could you tell me how long these monthly audits have been carried out for, as my doorbell camera hasn't ever captured anyone conducting an audit... Cleaning equipment has never been stored here: cleaners stopped using the vacuum cleaner after only a few weeks, don't always sweep every visit, so often only mop the floor. If the van is fully stocked, cleaners just don't bother to bring equipment inside!

   Your assertions that my review is fabricated are contradicted by the numerous negative reviews consistently shared about the company. Any positive comments seem dubious at best. As I noted previously, attempting to contact you by phone is futile; I frequently receive assurances of a callback that never happen, preventing me from lodging a complaint. The company seems unconcerned about my issues, and during the suspension meeting, the emphasis was only on obtaining an apology rather than tackling the real problems. This behavior is unprofessional and clearly biased.

   They think they're doing you a favour by paying you. Mary in wages is a condescending female dog. Who does she think she's talking to? On about "I'm taking time out of my day to do this for you?" Excuse me?! HELLO lady, you're wages, if I'm politely asking you a wage related question...do your job & answer/deal with the query. Pure attitude.
