This was the first time I have used Aspens Florist. I ordered a wreath for a funeral and what an AMAZING job they did. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. I highly recommend this florist. Thank you Aspens and keep up the good work!!
We purchased our wedding flowers from here to make our own personalised bouquets, and they were incredibly friendly, so helpful, and the service was amazing.
We got our fkowers from Aspins for my Mums funeral last Nov and recomended others to do the same as they always do a beautiful job. Got a cross and Angel wings and kiss for my Mum the Angel Wings were amazing so beautiful with the feathers fell in love with them when I saw them on line and I was not dissapointed. It was very easy to order from Aspens and staff were very helpfull will always get my flowers from Aspens in the future.
The lady's in Aspen's are fantastic. They provided me and my bother and best friend with three wreaths for my partner's funeral (June 2025) and they arrived the night before and looked perfect. And remaind perfect overnight and we'll in to the next day.
Very satisfied with my telephone order. From the person who had initially took my order she was pleasant and helpful in advising me of what was available. On receiving my order, the delivery was acceptable and the actual flower arrangement was professionally presented. Would recommend ordering from this flower-shop!

Excellent service provided, care taken over delivery instructions by me the customer. I wanted to ensure they were received by my friend in a care home. A welcome call came, to acknowledge who they handed the flowers to , at reception . My friend was delighted and said the flowers were beautiful she was celebrating her 84th birthday. I will never use this florist again! I ordered flowers for my elderly mothers birthday. They are always at home. There service has no tracking and no updates so after hearing nothing all day, I called to ask if the order was delivered, only to be told no, the woman informed me there was no answer at the door and a card was left and they are awaiting a response. The letter box is outside so it's unlikely to get checked over the weekend. I expressed my disappointment, and thought I may drive the 5 min to collect them and deliver them myself, I was told they are closing very soon. The women was rude, no apology was offered, just keep reciting the company policy and then told me not to get irate! She then continued to inform me they would attempt delivery again in the morning, (like they was doing me a huge favour), but if the door was unanswered again i would get charged for future attempts! Her colleague informed her several neighbours refused to accept the delivery on behalf of my mother, which sounds like complete rubbish as my mother has some very well known neighbours who will always be happy to take deliveries. When I asked why she didn't call me, she said thats not our policy, you are the bill payer not the recipient. Overall very poor customer service and bad attitude which is the reason for the bad review, your going to need some CS training as an apology and good customer service skills go a long way and can usually always defuse a bad situation. Your delivery status system also needs attention.
