   Really rude service. Enquired about making up a fresh £25 bouquet for a colleague’s birthday and the lady bluntly told me that she is not making any bouquets (I used to work in a florist so completely understand if she has commitments, but she could’ve politely communicated this). When I went to pay for the pre-made bouquet, the lady made no effort to look or speak to me and didn’t say thank you for my purchase. Would not return and would certainly not recommend.

   Went to ask about funeral flowers and was told to come back in 15 minutes as lady had just popped off. Went back and was given an insta page to look up. Went back on the Monday to actually talk to someone and get prices.. said it opened at 9am, waited until 9.15am and still wasn’t open. To grab flowers made up on walking pass they are great but not so much on timing or funerals.

   We were out shopping in the AshleyCentre, my girlfriend, daughter, son and I. As we walked past the flowersmiths kiosk I asked my daughter if she thought mum would like any of the flowers they had, she chose a couple and I did too, with a budget set at £60 the Florist set to work with what we'd chosen and after adding a little of this and a sprig of that for filling she had created easily the most amazing bunch of flowers I've ever had the privilege to give my girlfriend. This particular Florist has been in the same location for as long as I can remember and although I have bought prebunched flowers there before, from now on I'll be spending more there, picking the flowers to see what they are able to do with it. The Lady there truly is skilled in both surpassing customer expectations and creating something that not only pleases the eye but brings pleasure too Thank you Flowersmiths, awesome privilege shopping with you
