I walked into the shop, there was no acknowledgment as the person was glued into their phone. I proceeded to ask a question which was greeted with a shake of the head then back to the phone. I do not recommend!
Flowers bought for funeral large heart with roses, when i saw the arrangement it was worth every penny, it was larger than expected and the flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. The wreath was stunning, amazing many thanks for your asaistance in delivering at short notice. You were so patient and kind in any requests or concerns i had after purchased online.
Terrible flower arrangement and no water was left in the plastic wrapping and no paper bag to hold the bouquet upright. The flowers are cut so short that you cannot trim them for the vase. it is worse than the supermarket bouquet. I felt so sorry for my friend who contacted the florist all the way from Canada. Friend just sent me the photo of the bouquet the ordered. What a terrible terrible florist !
I had the same experience as a recent reviewer - flowers (both in quantity and quality/value) didn’t not come close to matching what was shown on the pictures when ordering. Looked more like a sad supermarket bunch once unpacked than a florist bouquet. Additionally, flowers came with a lily despite being no reference to lilies in the type of bouquet - they are highly toxic to cats so had to bin the flower immediately. Finally, no attention to detail as the card that came with the flowers had been double stapled to the flowers. Odd. Update: 1.5 days after delivery the Hydrangea is completely wilted (see picture). You’re much better buying flowers from Any supermarket!!
There are no words that could describe my actual feelings about it. This is what I have ordered for my sister’s birthday for 45 pounds and what she had received. I would gladly watch in the eyes of that florist who made it to make sure that he or she is okay and actually care at least a bit about their job or customers. But you, the stranger reading this review, don’t let them fool you and choose another market who love their job and actually doing it good. Speechless…
I would highly recommend Geminis florist.I was visiting family in London and came across this flower shop.The flowers were so fresh and beautiful! They looked Amazing and were able to last for a long time. The owners are a delight and are very knowledgeable if you don’t know anything about flowers other than the basics.
i went in wanting one flower and ended up buying a lot more! the man and the woman who work there were extremely helpful when i was deciding on what to get, they were explaining which flowers they recommend and helped deliver amazing service to me. they are now my new florist of choice as the flowers are in top condition as well as getting a good experience every time i walk in !
Thank you for selling me old flowers as new. I went in with my kids that choose flowers for their mom. I did not go check the flowers but they were clearly old and not worth the full price. She said nothing. She wrapped them and made a quick buck. Imagine the surprise when my wife opened the package 15 minutes later to see brown and dead petals. You should be ashamed ——— Edit. In one review you ask people not to touch anything but in my case I should have checked the flowers thoroughly before you wrapped? Lady, wake up.
The worst florist in London! The people here are racist and very rude. I visited this florist twice, once met with a woman who ignored me while I looked around, once I approached to her ask some further questions and hopefully purchase she rudely interrupted me and told me she can’t serve me and has nothing here for me before even knowing what I wanted to purchase! I unfortunately was in a rush to buy some flowers and saw a man in the store the second time round and hoped and gave them the benefit of the doubt that I would possibly have a different experience. I WAS WRONG! He asked me to leave so he could eat his lunch and was extremely dismissive as I tried to explain that I was in a rush and didn’t even want to browse but make a definite purchase. When I asked if he could put something together he shouted that he can’t do anything and started ushering me towards the door. However a white woman came in from behind me with a plant she picked up outside and he welcomed her in and went over behind the counter to serve her. Will never attempt to buy from this rude racist shop ever again !
Above expectations! I ordered from Greece and chose the florists choice, looked so lush and expensive! They did exactly what I asked and paid the minimum
