   Despite the super pretty and iconic setting of Petals, it’s a shame that the owner is so incredibly rude. I had witnessed the way he’s spoken to staff members before but having personally been on the receiving end of it today I had to make a point of it. A minor incident that could have been dealt with with a conversation ended in reality with me being yelled at and humiliated directly outside Petals. He was extremely intimidating and a total bully. Would absolutely not support a business which such appalling customer service

   Festive magic in a box from Petals I’ve had the most amazing delivery from Petals. A gorgeous pine wreath arrived with a big bag of berries, dried oranges, cones and all the little bits to decorate it myself — so fun and unbelievably easy to put together! They also sent generous bunches of fresh eucalyptus and pine branches for extra displays, and now my whole house smells like Christmas. Such a thoughtful, generous bundle. Petals is creative, joyful, and honestly a delight to order from. Highly recommend!

   I bought the most beautiful bouquet today and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were warm, friendly and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took their time to help me choose the perfect arrangement and the service felt personal in a way that really stood out. The bouquet itself is stunning and you can tell how much care goes into their work. I am genuinely impressed and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality flowers and great service.

   I have been following Petals at Bibendum on Instagram because I truly enjoy seeing their photos of their magnificent floral arrangements. I needed to send an arrangement to a friend in London, even though I live in the US. I messaged with them and they were so efficient in responding to me and we’re happy to assist me with choosing the perfect arrangement and making sure it was delivered when I needed it to be. They were so professional & kind to work with, & my friend was so pleased with her floral arrangement. They were absolutely beautiful and truly cheered her up! I wish they were in the US where I live, because I would make Petals at Bibendum my new floral go to! If you haven’t checked them out on Instagram, I highly recommend you do, everything is just exquisite!

   Beautiful flowers although four times more expensive than other luxury florists. £15 for a stem of spray roses. The staff (one lady in particular, short with brown hair and glasses) are very rude and unwelcoming. I was with my children (VERY well behaved) & husband and we wanted to get 100 roses for them. I picked one up (handled correctly as I am a trained florist) to let one of the kids smell and this vile woman looks like she was a bit to have some sort of fit and grabbed the rose out my hand and put it back.. No manners or people skills. We went to Neil Strein instead.

   Totally blown away by this business - I dealt with Mel over the phone from across the country and she couldn't have been more accommodating. She worked to my budget perfectly and actually really went the extra mile for me as a customer. The results are completely stunning and are far better than I could ever have briefed to her! The friendly, efficient service combined with the spectacular results were worth above and beyond my spend there, without doubt - I highly recommend!

   The most unreal flowers! Fell in love with the flowers as soon as I walked past such a picture perfect florist and knew I had to have them for my wedding!! The customer service was second to none, Jonathan and his team were so creative and knew exactly what I was after...nothing was a problem! I recently got bought a bouquet for my 1st year anniversary, beautiful! Never seen such beautiful Roses & Peonies! Can't recommend enough!! Thank you again, will see you soon for sure :) x

   I have been regularly buying flowers from Petals @ Bibendum for the past two years now and I have to say their customer service and the flower selection they have is really second to none. From Mother's day, Birthday bouquets or general home flower arrangements, they cater to any occasion and always produce such outstanding bouquets.. Their avalanche long stem roses are the best I have ever seen! Jonathan and his team at Petals are a true asset to South Kensington!

   I’ve been buying flowers from Petals at Bibendum for a few years. I return again and again because of the excellent customer service, the attention to detail and the vase life of the flowers. When the flowers arrive, they are always in excellent condition with very little for me to do aside from putting them in a vase. The variety of flowers is unparalleled: Jonathan, Max and the team will always work with you to source what you need. If you can visit in person, their display of flowers (housed in the courtyard of an iconic Art Deco building) is absolutely magical. The home delivery service is equally delightful and eager to please. Highly recommend.
