   Less than a week before my wedding I walked into the shop and asked the owner if she can make me a bouquet anything is fine. She was very accommodating, informative and when I arrived to pick it up… I could not have asked for anything better. I had so many compliments (more than you could imagine) and I was extremely impressed and happy with what was put together.

   Extremely disappointed with flowers sent to my sister for her wedding anniversary. I paid £75 and the bouquet looked more like a £40-£45 bouquet. Rita provided excellent service when we discussed the requirements and I shared photos of my sisters wedding bouquet which we were trying to resemble for her 10 year wedding anniversary and when my sister received it she didn’t even make the connection between the two that’s how disappointing the quality of bouquet it was. I did provide my feedback directly also but as a customer I feel less protected by having gone direct because if I had purchased through Deliveroo I would of been able to seek at least some compensation or had another bouquet delivered. Unfortunately I remain 100% dissatisfied and have to buy yet another gift to make up for what this one lacked.

   Rita was amazing. She gently explained that, having a funeral over the Christmas and new year period, I may struggle to get the flowers I wanted as suppliers were shut. However she came up with a beautiful floral wreath for my grandmother, she stayed in contact with me at all stages, and the flowers were delivered with respect and care to the location needed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

   Funerals are sad occasions, but the mood can be lifted by really good floral tributes. Having had two close family deaths this year, we used Amadeus both times, and they did us proud. They were so attentive and sympathetic, making helpful suggestions for colour schemes and flower species based on the seasonal availability. I can definitely recommend them should you find yourself in need of flowers, whether the occasion is a sad or a happy one.

   Went in store to order flowers for my sisters funeral, was shown a picture in a book and said that it was ok. But could it be made with white roses and lavendar (if possible but because of time of year I thought it may be hard to get lavendar) so asked for iris' instead told me it was ok. The lady was very helpful and phoned me to let me know they could not get lavendar so will make it with iris' and will make sure they are open. I gave them 2 weeks notice of the funeral date and on the day I thought they had not delivered the flowers as I was looking for the arragement that was shown to me in their book, but the flowers that were delivered were nothing like the arragement shown to me. Some of the roses were going brown on the edges and the foliage was like a miniture forest that you could not really see the flowers, it was not what I had ordered I was already upset because of the circumstances and this just upset me more, as it did not show any respect on the day of my sisters funeral. I saw better bouquets in Waitrose. I would not use them again and definitley would not recommend them to anyone.
