   We have used Sullivans Florist for many years. Joyful bouquets for Mother’s Day, Birthdays etc. Our mum recently passed away and we had no hesitation as to who we wanted to provide the flowers for her funeral. We ordered a coffin spray which literally took our breaths away. It was beautiful and just perfect for our mum. A massive thank you to Sharon and her team for the thought, effort and beautifully presented tributes for our mums final journey.

   So the other day I wanted to get some flowers for our lecturers to say thank you as we were finishing uni when I turn up the owner was just closing shop however I explained and she stopped to get our order and man we just told her what we wanted and she executed the vision so perfectly and Oh my gosh they were some lovey bouquet done for all our lecturers we were amaze of how lovely the flowers were arranged loved every one of them the whole cohort September 2021 thank you for your amazing work I will definitely becoming back thanks very much xx

   Disgusting customer service. I have been buying flowers from here for over a decade and i will not be returning. I asked if could get a bunch of flowers made up and the lady said she wasn’t able to put together a bunch of flowers for me as they where trying to get rid of stock (on mothers day) and completing orders. So i was forced to buy a £40 bunch of flowers as there was nothing cheaper. Whilst i was paying i saw a staff member make a bunch and placing them in the front for sale. Aswell as this a man was waiting for his flowers being made by another staff. Three staff in the shop and no was able to assist. I will be telling everyone i know not to use this florist ever again. As most of my family snd friends do. I was not told to come back and i was not told returning

   Visted the florist and was welcomed by really helpful staff and was confident that i would be able to buy a beautiful arrangement for my mum for mothers day, especially from seeing the pre-orders that was in the front of the store, however I have been disappointed in the bouquet that i had pre-paid for and received. It didn’t look anything like the one I had asked to be replicated, and feel like my bouquet has flowers that near enough look like they are dying and more greenery to ensure it looks full.

   Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to everyone at Sullivan's for producing a wonderful array of floral arrangements for my mother's funeral last Monday. All of the arrangements were beautiful and the flowers were stunning. All of the staff were very considerate and professional. I would definitely recommend. Thank you again.

   Great staff and so helpful. They made the flower tributes for my mother's funeral a few weeks ago and what can I say except, wow and thank you! They were amazingly beautiful and appreciated more so with the fact that at the time some flowers were difficult to get due to Covid. The price was very good as well. I have used this florist many times for flower delivery and never been let down or disappointed at any time. Highly recommended.
