   Valentine’s week—florists are drowning in roses and love notes, yet Willow still made magic happen for me! I threw them a last-minute, across-the-road challenge with mere minutes to go before closing. Their delivery driver had clocked out, but with some light pleading (and possibly mild desperation), Georgina worked her floral wizardry. Against their better judgment, they braved the elements and made sure my order landed where it needed to be. Fast, friendly, and just a little bit fabulous—Willow, you nailed it.    We have been buying flowers from this lovely shop in Reigate for 10 years. The flowers are always beautifully arranged and look stunning for sometimes weeks at a time. The staff are friendly, accommodating and are experts at their craft. They have made arrangements for us for weddings, birthdays and funerals.    Willows arranged the flowers for my wedding in June at Denbies vineyard. The flowers were beautiful, they suited the venue and the style of our wedding . I give credit to Willows for taking the time to understand my husband and I and our wedding. Dealing with Willows was great, they were extremely helpful, gave good practical advice for the day, and were flexible when we wanted to adjust a few things.    Telephoned Willows in Reigate circa 10.15 Saturday, gave a brief description of my requirements, collected 11am. Flowers exactly as requested, most perfectly lovey bouquet, my wife is ecstatic!    A fabulous florist, who's website was easy to navigate, with plenty of photos to show their displays and give ideas. I ordered flowers for my Father's funeral by phone and Willows were friendly and professional, guiding me to achieve what I was looking for. The displays were stunning just as I hoped they would be.    Willows created my wedding flowers on the 22nd June and the service was simply fantastic. My initial meeting with Ros was an absolute pleasure, she really understood my theme and the look I was trying to achieve. On the day itself, we had two delivery address and everything arrived on time. The bouquets, buttonholes, corsages and flower girl wand took my breath away, they were all perfect.
