   Long overdue review: From the moment you walk into Goode Flowers shop, you can see and feel that this is the environment of a truly creative person. It’s rich yet well balanced. It took me only a minute to explain the intent and tone I wanted to convey—simple and elegant with the right message. With everything at his disposal, the master florist shared his simple idea. Simple is hard btw, and only a few can master it. As simple as a bunch of yellow tulips in a bag. Perfection! Thank you, Goode Flowers, for making my day!

   Amazingly beautiful shop! Full of really realistic and gorgeous faux flowers. Highly recommend! Can't believe the ferns out the back are not real! They look amazing. They also offer a design consultation service as well, with the initial fee contributing towards the budget of the actual flowers you choose too!

   Extortionate and exploitative. I popped in to buy a birthday bouquet at the last minute but only when later showing friends what I’d bought and for how much, did I realise quite how much of a mug I’d been. I’ve never bought flowers from an independent florists before, so didn’t really know what I was doing. Seems they saw me coming and I got thoroughly ripped off. The staff showed me a bouquet and told me it was £80. As it was obvious I was out of my depth, they offered to make something up for £35. I guess I was too embarrassed to leave so it’s on me. But I was later told that 7 flower stems with some cursory foliage for £35 was daylight robbery. Yep. That’s a fiver a flower. Perhaps I’m naive. They lasted 3 days in a vase. So obviously weren’t fresh either. Rinsed.

   I asked for a very small birthday flower bouquet, and all I got was a disinterested wrapping. And also the roses where not very fresh, honestly very disappointed. I had to go to another florist and buy more flowers to make it look cute.
