   Insensitive service and poor resolution I chose this florist after careful research for a time-critical, end-of-life gift for a dear friend. Despite phoning twice to explain the sensitivity and confirm every detail, a key item - the candle intended to bring comfort while bedbound - was omitted from the delivery. When I alerted them immediately same day and called again the next morning at 9:30am I was told it would go out ‘tomorrow’. I asked if it could go same day and they said whilst it wasn’t usually possible they would check. By 4:30pm I hadn’t heard anything so chased, I was told luckily as I had phoned them it could still go out ‘today for tomorrow,’ which completely missed the urgency I had explained and made clear I they did not care about the situation they had created. They have claimed they did everything they could once they were made aware. This is a categoric lie. Mistakes happen, but the response was disappointing - a £40 store credit that does not cover any product on their site and requires me to spend more money with them. This felt tone-deaf given the circumstances and the care I took to brief their team. I asked instead if they would cover more flowers to be sent at their median price range, to be sent to the wife of our friend in the coming weeks, given the desperately challenging weeks ahead they would be facing and they declined. This would require them to offer just an extra £40 on top of their offer, plus postage. They declined. If they had said they could not meet the delivery request, I would have made other arrangements. Instead, they said they could - with the experience added stress at an already heartbreaking time. Beautiful expensive gifts, just don’t expect them to arrive when you need them - unreliable and unaccountable service - to be avoided.

   I had the most wonderful experience with Moyses Stevens! They provided me with the most stunning flowers for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loved them. The arrangement was beautifully crafted, fresh, and full of vibrant colors. The attention to detail and the quality of service were exceptional.    Stellar service and gorgeous bouquets in beautiful packaging. I got an email from a Beverly confirming my order, the timeframe for delivery and that I'd receive email notifications once it's dispatched and again when it's delivered. I let her know that it was going to a guest at a nearby hotel and she assured me the delivery would be in good hands, informing the driver to drop off with reception to hold for the guest. The recipient sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was as advertised, hitting beautifully in the light! I placed the order as a non-local from the states with a local delivery, and had no issues with the site and will definitely order from them again should the occasion arise.

   This is what I received! I ordered this bouquet for my wife on Valentine’s Day , and she said the flowers arrived in a box (which I expected it’s fresh flower in a paper bag from the website), when she opened the box , the flowers were not properly attached to the box and it fell down. The wrapping paper detached from the flowers. And most importantly, the flowers were all death. She said she felt embarrassed when carrying it back home. This is definitely the worst bouquet I have ever bought in my life. Eventually, I bought another bouquet from M&S after work for my wife and it looks much better. At least the flowers are alive.
