Not sure why this company has bad reviews.
I was looking for a specific flower (Birds of Paradise) as that's my wife's favourite and wanted to get it for our wedding Anniversary.
These guys really know what they are doing. Todd was amazing. Helped me through every step and the flowers were on time and beautifully arranged.

Truly Awful Company
Paid £37 for a bunch of flowers that arrived a day late, despite ordering them a few weeks in advance. On delivery the box they arrived in looked like it had been run over by the delivery van, and when we took the flowers out, the tissue paper wrapping was all torn, and some of flowers had already started to die. Despite following care instructions, all the rest of flowers were dead within a few days.
Complained to their customer services department who promptly blamed it all on the courier company - effectively shrugging their shoulders and saying it wasnt their fault! Despite emails going back and forward they never accepted responsibility, barely forcing themselves to apologise and always just blamed the courier company. They eventually offered 25% refund, and as they put it, " a generous 20% discount off my next order" !!! Completely missing the point that when they treat their customers so badly, no one in their right mind would ever purchase from them again.
There are so many good florists, including internet based ones out there.....do yourself a big favour and use them, and avoid this appalling company like the plague!

Terrible experience. Flowers arrived late after I paid extra to get them before 1pm. Then we received the wrong type of flowers in bright pink instead of yellow. When I called to complain and fix the situation they were extremely unhelpful. They kept stressing that their policy doesn't allow them to send replacement flowers and if the buyer cannot be reached if they have run out of what we ordered they will send something else. This would be understandable except I did not get one call or email about the change. When I told them this they didn't argue, they just said sorry we can't do anything.
Never in my life have I dealt with a service provider being so inflexible and unhelpful.
If you care about getting the specific flowers you ordered, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
