   I was looking for a florist near where I was staying and I was so glad to find Flowers By Van Twisk just down the street. I stopped by to get an arrangement for a visit to my aunt’s house. I came back after 45 mins and Randal had created a wonderful arrangement with freshest of flowers. He had placed the flowers into a water bubble and a bag for easy carrying on the Tube. Before heading out, I had a nice chat with him about English & American football. My aunt loved the arrangement. Highly recommend the shop if you are in London and need a beautiful flower arrangement.

   The owner is the best. He is so kind and so passionate about the flowers. I did my research and went there for my first time for a bouquet and it was the best one ever. He was so kind and went beyond cux he re wrapped my flowers because i was travelling far even though he had to go somewhere. My partner was so pleased with the flowers. Again, i am so thankful and thank you. I am sorry, couldn’t write it sooner.

   It was my first visit today and I will certainly be going back. It was one of the most wonderful experiences, where the florist helped pick all the right flowers based on how I described the person I was buying for. He did the assembly in front of me and was extremely knowledgeable on all the flowers as well as extremely generous in my opinion with the size for the money. I was stopped twice on the way home to ask where I’d get them from and even gave one person directions so they could go straight there. Shopping here genuinely brightened my day just as much as the flowers did for the person I gifted them too.

   I used to love this flower shop because my husband always bought me beautiful bouquets from here. But in the last three visits, the quality has gone downhill completely. The flowers are dry, wilted, and barely last a day before looking awful. For the price, I expect fresh, vibrant flowers—not something that looks like it was sitting out for weeks. It’s so disappointing because we were loyal customers, but after three terrible bouquets in a row, we won’t be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about quality! This how the bouquet looks like after just one day! Even cheap flowers from Tesco stay fresh at least for 5 days!

   These guys saved the day when I was let down by another nearby florist, from whom I'd arranged to buy flowers for my Nan's funeral. It wasn't a big job and they were very busy, but the small hand tied arrangement of some beautiful pale pink roses and fern fronds was prepared with care and empathy. I'm very grateful and will certainly come here first the next time I need flowers.

   I found this shop as a third option after one florist I’d always go to was shut for the month of August and a second one was basically out of flowers. I was so happy Van Twisk was open as o managed to sort out the most gorgeous bouquet for a special occasion in record time. The owner is very friendly, has good taste in floral arrangements and even made me a hood deal on the flowers. Day made and converted me into a loyal client. Cannot wait for next time I need to get a lovely bouquet.

   Randal made absolutely beautiful flowers for my wedding – bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, table decorations and bouquets for our mothers. They were admired by everyone and are still sitting healthy in our drawing room 5 days later. He was courteous, offered excellent advice and was quick to respond to messages throughout the lead up to our wedding. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for flowers for a special occasion in London.
