If the store is open until 5 pm, why was the door closed at 4.25 pm? The lights in the store were on, a lady was at the desk and noticed me wanting to enter the store, but she didn't bother to come and tell me it was closed or put a message in the window that the store was closed
I like this shop, they sell the items at a reasonable price, after all it is donated to the charity yet some charity shops do not and charge a lot of money. The staff are polite, friendly and the items they sell are good quality. The shop doesn't smell and the cause of the charity is good.
Daughter went to buy a teddy that has been in the shop weeks. Worker took teddy out of my daughter’s hand and refused to sell. Worker went on computer to research teddy brand. Then came back to the front of the shop and said that they were unable to sell it to me. Been shopping at this charity shop for three years. Disgusting behaviour. Teddy was £1. Stole a £1 teddy out of my daughters hand for extra money
