   I love tk maxx but I don't like how stuff is limited because I saw this bag I really liked but didn't have money so when I went to buy it next time it was gone and I didn't even see it on the website it must of got removed but now people are reselling it for stupid prices

   I was served by a rude member of staff this weekend. No hello, didn’t ask if I needed a bag and she didn’t even say thank you at the end. Some people are clearly lacking basic manners and customer service skills!

   Always great selection of stuff, very well laid out and stocked up, especially coming up towards the busiest time of year! The only thing I will say is most of the staff are fab! Just the odd few really need to learn to smile and be polite! I work in customer service so look I get it’s hard… it’s just not the customers fault all of the time.

   I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your store. The staff member at the counter was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I politely requested a larger bag THAT I AM GOING TO PAY FOR she appeared frustrated and responded with an unhelpful attitude. She then began handling my items roughly and in a dismissive manner. Had I not needed the items for a gift, I would have reconsidered the purchase entirely due to the unpleasant experience. It was genuinely disappointing, and I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected. Incidents like this seriously impact the store’s reputation. I strongly urge management to review customer service standards and ensure that staff are trained to treat customers with respect and courtesy. Poor hiring decisions and inadequate training can undermine the brand’s image and drive loyal customers away. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to prevent similar experiences in the future.

   I was disappointed with the staff at this store. I found a bag on clearance and quickly checked online, only to see it priced over £20 cheaper. I asked the till staff if this was the final price. The lady serving said that “online is usually cheaper” (which is not true in my experience, as I regularly shop in another branch and compare prices). Then, another staff member interrupted, rolled her eyes, and said, “We don’t offer price matching,” which wasn’t what I was asking for. This was for a bag priced over £100, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in making the sale.

   My first experience with this store was horrible. Before going into this store I had already purchased items from ikea. My sister decided to get new pair of shoes from this TK maxx store. So we decided to take our ikea purchases with us. As soon we entered the store , the manager who is a white male began following us everywhere. He kept giving us suspicious stares, I knew what he was on about because he was thinking we were going to steal something only because we were black. When my sister was ready to pay for her purchase he ordered a lady to stand where I was waiting for my sister. He kept giving her instructions about me before going out. I began to stare at him for his immaturity and lack of professionalism. This whole situation really upset me and began to panic because of how they treated us. No alarms sounded or what so ever even before going out this store. They lack professionalism and people like this manager also think they know what’s going on. This is not how you treat humans. It was a horrible experience and decided not to ever purchase there again.

   Clothes and shoes are in size order so it's easy to have a look. Upstairs is clothes and household. Handbags are popular. Service is quick and you can exchange items with no problems.

   Always a great experience shopping in this store and always find something new and out of the ordinary. Vast amount of stock to browse through at competitive prices for some nice designer labels. Staff helpful and friendly, well worth a visit.
