   I ordered the peony scent bomb for a relative’s birthdays from NZ. Ordering was easy, received an order confirmation and the bouquet was delivered the next day. Apparently the scent is amazing and my auntie is very pleased with her bouquet! In the past I have sent flowers via M&S, but I was pleased I could support a local business.

   Croydon Blooms have flowers for every occasion with same day delivery, depending on what time you order and whether it's in their local region. I placed an order for a wreath and it was delivered sames day, a lovely arrangement and reasonably priced for the quick turnaround provided. The online service was easy to use.The phone was picked up promptly whan I called the office to double check something, and the person on the line was courteous and competent. I always prefer to use local businesses where I can, and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend you use them for flowers, if you live near where they operate.

   Croydon Blooms was recommended to us by Coop Thornton Heath Funeralcare for our mother’s funeral. Oimpia took the time to talk us through the options available, built bespoke pieces based on our chosen colours and provided us with a range of beautiful arrangements, including a floral photo tribute for our late mother. They arranged delivery to both the funeral home and the church on the day. They delivered 110% and we were absolutely overwhelmed with how beautiful they were. They handled everything perfectly. We highly recommend!

   I ordered 2 wreaths for my aunts funeral on 24th August, which were beautiful. When ordering the flowers, the florist was friendly, helpful and kind. I was transporting the flowers on transport so the florist kindly made up 2 boxes to safely transport the flowers. The florist went above and beyond to assist me which I really appreciated. Would def recommend this florist.

   I originally ordered flowers from Croydon Blooms via direct2florist, but wanted to cancel as soon as I saw the Pink Candy hatbox on Croydon Blooms' own website. So, I rang Croydon Blooms up straight away and told them of my self-inflicted predicament - the lady on the phone was so helpful and said she'd not accept that order so that I wouldn't get charged twice, whilst I cancelled with direct2florist. And she also told me to ring her back if I have any other problems. Once I placed the final order, another lady rang me up to ask me if I'd be ok with a replacement flower as the buds pictured on their website were out of season. I know nothing about flowers, so I let the florists do what they do best, and I was not disappointed. It arrived no later than 3 hours after I placed the order, super quick! The hatbox itself was so beautifully arranged. And the macarons were delicious (I will need to find out where those are from!). Overall, I had a brilliant experience with Croydon Blooms. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for making my parents' ruby anniversary special, everyone at Croydon Blooms!
