Shop has gone down hill since the old staff left. It looks and smells like an old charity shop now. The new staff don’t help and you can tell they don’t want to be there. They smoke right outside the store. It puts you off from going in.
not happy with this shop do not buy electrical stuff they dont give u refund if faulty my husband brought a games consol and was badly faulty and didnt give refund back im taken this further
I went to pick up an order for someone else and was turned away by the lady at the counter who was more interested in talking to their friends and having a laugh than serving the customer. They told me ‘it’s not us, it’s next door’. Turns out that it was them and she just wasted my time and my journey from my house to the store and back. Thanks a lot
What a hard working helpful team ....always pleasant and caring.. The atmosphere is refreshing and the staff eager to help and have real conversation with those who call into the shop....really caring management..
Prices are very reasonable, many items are new & unworn.

Reduce the price for the poor who come to your store to buy a cheaper product! You have the most expensive charity shop in the Clifton area
