I always go in and ask for a surprise bunch (as I’m useless at choosing). The value for money and flowers are always beautiful.
I paid for bunch in advance. They then produced a similar bunch for collection but with weathered flowers. I also paid in advance with a discount code that they'd offered for 10% off. They would only give me 5% off. I'd avoid this place like the plague from now on. This is the 2nd similar experience I've had with them. To your reply: You advertised them at £42. You charged me £39.90 (5%). But it's not really about this. It's just the cherry on top. My main issue is I wanted my wife to feel special. Last time I bought flowers from you, she pointed out that they weren't fresh and I assumed it was a one-off. I wanted to support local business. The rose is not fresh. And when I pointed this out to you in the shop you told me that's just how it is and it's fresh.
Edna has provided me with the occasional bunch of flowers, Mother's Day, Valentine's and now funeral flowers. I always love the attention to detail and her willingness to design something that fits with what I want. Thanks!

Edna made wonderful flowers for my wedding. She asked all the right questions to narrow down what I wanted for the day - from what my favourite flowers are to the style wanted to tie stems together.
