   Staff were pretty rude. Also no toilet, I know fine well when the store was Tesco it had toilets on both floors and I could even see the downstairs toilet door , staff say they aren’t any but they should reopen them like a few B&Ms do

   Absolutely brilliant. Worth the half hour drive. We'll laid out with excellent choice of goods, that look expensive but are very low priced. My only criticism would be that there weren't enough staff around, especially on the tills.

   Large B&M store spread out across one floor. Has food, Homeware items for sale and small furniture items. Very well laid out with a lot of space between aisles. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to access in retail park with plenty of parking spaces. Well worth a visit to stock up on essential items.

   Simply put this is a typical supermarket, with everything from kids toys to snacks and DIY tools, all around plenty of shopping opportunities here. The staff are usually nice, the older staff are well mannered and well spoken, whereas some of the younger staff are less well spoken. I do find myself often queuing here for at least 10 minutes due to them only having 1 - 2 people on the tills, even during Christmas, and they are very slow at reacting to the amount of queuing customers. Overall the convenience is good but the organisation needs some slight improvements.

   Love this store as it has 2 levels, and a lift if you don't like using the elevator. We get our bargains from here as we find most things are cheaper than Morrisons, especially the kitchen essentials. Staff are always polite and most are friendly which makes your visit feel like a valued customer.
