   I ordered 2 Lego sets online, thought I’d use a local shop rather than Amazon. Items arrived through the post fine but we had duplicated purchases so I need to send them back for a refund. No info online about how to send these back via the same method ie though the post. Contacted customer services, was told take them back to the store. Advised I can’t get into store which is why I bought online and how do I send them back. Basically I have been trying to get an answer from them for the last 2 weeks, looks like there is no option to send them back and you have to return them to the shop, which is ridiculous if you can buy them online for home delivery you should be able to return via post aswel. Rubbish customer service, rubbish shop, don’t waste your time, order from Amazon instead!!!

   Disappointed today as went to pay for goods and couldn't as WiFi was down, so couldn't pay by card. Long queues and no one had the sense to shout out to tell all the ppl waiting they had to pay by cash which most ppl didn't have.

   The shop I visited lies at victoria centre in city. One can find toys of almost all varieties at the store. My grandson are fond of avengers and those were available on sale so I bought few for them. Toys for girls like dolls are also available. Ond can books for kids in the store.

   Had to gather 50 draw string bags for a social action project I was doing (making up bags for refugees) and we had asked in many many shops but none had allowed us to take more than one - even if we bought them! However, we decided to nip in to the entertainer just to check - and there we met Jane, one of the staff!! She was so so friendly and instead of turning us down, she decided to look around and check for us. A few minutes later she returned with 22 bags (the most she could find) and donated them to us for free for our cause! We're so so grateful to Jane and the store, thank you so much! Super happy :)
