   We first booked Borrowed Light for our wedding a year in advance, but due to an illness in our family we had to bring the wedding several months forward, giving them only two days’ notice to provide the flowers. Claudia could not have been kinder or more understanding, and put together the most stunning selection, including a beautiful bouquet and a buttonhole for my husband. (Picture is of the flowers arriving at home where we had the reception, before we put them into our own vases. They had been carefully sorted into arrangements which could be immediately displayed.) I was so impressed, and so touched by the care that she took at what was a very stressful time for our family. Thank you Claudia and Borrowed Light!

   Claudia and the team at borrowed light were great from start to finish. We had an initial meeting quite early on and discussed everything we want for the day flower liked and dislikes and what best for the time of year of the wedding. Claudia also explained the different pricing options to us and how we could modify things if we wanted. As we booked fairly early things changed slightly from this first meeting to the day of our wedding and the team were so flexible with these changes. A huge benefit of booking with borrow light it they knew the Walthamstow Wetlands venue really well and were on hand to organise moving of floral decorations from one space to another during the day. This really took the pressure off us. The flowers on the day were beautiful. we have a bold bright colour pallet and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect bouquet. I couldn't recommend borrowed light enough!

   After seeing their amazing work at a friend's wedding, I knew I had to book Borrowed Light for my own wedding. Sarah, Claudia and team were given a tricky brief from me: a floral design that encapsulated a multicultural wedding theme that would also work across two different ceremony and reception days with completely different vibes. They absolutely nailed it! They were so thoughtful in their proposal and design, opting for flowers and foliage that were native to the countries' of my own and my partner's cultural heritage. The color palette and flower choices they worked with added so much beauty and flair to our wedding. Their clever design was flexible enough to decorate both our light and airy daytime ceremony, through to a bold and colorful evening reception. Their dedication to sustainability and minimising waste was also notable in the many clever ways flowers were repurposed. I also received so much praise from our wedding guests for their signature 'take-home bouquets' at the end of the evening when they came to pack down, giving the flowers a chance for a second life rather than going to waste. I would highly recommend Borrowed Light Florals a hundred times over!

   Borrowed Light Floral Studio did the most incredible floristry for my wedding. I am so grateful to them for bringing my vision to life and creating the most beautiful setting for the day. Their communication, professionalism and expertise were flawless in every way. I loved that they came back in the evening to dismantle the floral columns and turn them into posies for guests to take home. All of our guests loved it too! Thank you ❤️

   Very happy with Borrowed Light Floral Studio! We recently potted our first terrariums via zoom in the comfort of our own living room. Sarah was very accommodating when reorganising a date and time for us to do the workshop (originally booked before Covid-19). She put in a lot of personal time and effort to allow us to do this. Claudia then contacted us on zoom and led us through the process. She was very polite and still managed to make it fun. I believe we were one of the first they had managed to create these terrariums with remotely, and it worked! Would highly recommend.

   We got our Nordmann fir Xmas tree from Borrowed Light Florals this year and it's a great tree! It is the best-priced that I've seen in this area, and it's lasted well (up for a week so far) so must have been fresh. I really liked the way that Sarah took the time to tell me how to get a longer life out of our tree - the first time anyone's bothered to share that with us. A beautiful little shop at Crate with lots of treasures from local makers too - a good place to go find last-minute gifts for any occasion. Highly recommended :-)
