I had a wonderful experience as a student at the Moyses Stevens Flower School. I took the 5-day Essential Floristry Course in early November with tutors Sarah and Rosemary. I took this course with one other student, which allowed me to truly soak in the experience. Both tutors were remarkably helpful, clear communicators, and very kind. It was very nice to benefit from two different teaching styles throughout the duration of the 5 days. Sarah welcomed us on the first two days, taught us the basics with ease and encouragement. She always offered to answer any and all questions we had for her and gave us plenty of time to work and explore. She also shared many important insights about floristry and the floral industry that she has gained over her 14-year career. Sarah cared about our interests and desires in creating and developing our personal styles. Rosemary, who is the head of Moyses Stevens School, taught us the following 3 days. She was also very kind, patient, and helpful. She highlighted ways to further our education and exploration once we completed our course. Her teaching style challenged us to apply what we'd been learning and really start thinking like a florist, which was a great way to improve our confidence. The wonderful tutors, coupled with beautiful/fresh flowers, and a productive/creative atmosphere, made this course an amazing introduction into the floral world. I would recommend pursuing this course if you want to understand and get hands-on in the floral realm. Come with all your questions, you'll definitely leave with them answered, and some gorgeous floral arrangements!

I buy flowers from this shop fairly regularly, always nice flowers and warm service (which is why I didn’t leave 1 star) Today however, I was met by the most miserable and unwelcoming lady I have ever come across in my life. The way I was greeted and treated made me feel like I’ve inconvenienced her day by wanting to buy flowers, she did a great job at spreading her terrible mood onto me. I truly hope I never come across this person at the shop again, because I will walk straight back out.

I booked a florist course for my mum and she absolutely loved it. She learned so much and still talks about the experience all the time. She was taught by a lovely lady called Rosemary, who made the day feel really special. I’m so glad I booked it for her and would highly recommend it!

I have always shopped for my flowers at Moyses Steven’s, but I can confidently say the Battersea branch is my favourite by far. I needed an early Mother’s Day bouquet this week and I was helped by the lovely Sara and Georgia! Both excellent florists. I was impressed by both their experience & knowledge. Not to mention they were polite & professional throughout the entire process, even asking me my mother’s favourite colours to create the perfect bouquet! I’m so happy, thank you girls!!!

I recently visited Moyses Stevens in Battersea to buy some flowers for a friend, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! Sarah, who helped me, was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen to my preferences and crafted the most stunning bouquet. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and truly exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for the attention to detail and excellent customer service I received. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for high-quality flowers and a memorable shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back!!!!

Paid Β£25 for a small pot of peace lily. Battersea power station shops open at 12pm on Sunday so I had no choice but to buy it because I left it to the last minute. It wasn't necessarily a great quality and I feel it's definitely over priced.

I walked passed Moyses Stevens on my first time to Battersea Power station 2 days ago (Friday). I saw this beautiful pastel roses akd I thought to treat myself. I have been advised to change the water every 2 days. Sadly the flowers petals are starting to fall and one completely hanging down. :-(

Upmarket vibe and the only fresh cut flower store in the area but still overpriced for what it is. Some of the indoor plants were very expensive especially - a ZZ plant was Β£35 and wasn't even particularly large. Might be suitable for the area but not priced competitively to other places sadly

So pleased to have received this wonderful arrangement but after 5 days this is how it looks. I took note of the instructions of changing the water every 2 days and trimming the stems but even after 2 days I had to take out some of the dead sprigs. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this Battersea shop. So disappointing and would have expected better from Moyses Stevens
