   I had the most beautiful experience at Joanne’s Summer Bowl class. The excitement of walking into her workshop full of the most stunning and distracting locally grown flowers, I was like a child on Christmas Eve! Joanne created such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. From start to finish Joanne’s flower wisdom shone - she shared so much with us to help us ease into finding our own creativity with the flowers and yet feeling so informed about design tips and lots of practical advice too. I’m a beginner and I learnt about flower frogs, layering, colour mixing, seasonal delights and so much more. It honestly was such a lovely experience and I left feeling confident, relaxed, excited and inspired all at the same time. To be in a room with other people all with a shared passion was just so uplifting. Spending time with Joanne and learning from her was such an opportunity, she is an incredible teacher. Thank you Joanne. The gorgeous apple fizz and carrot cake was also such a treat. I can’t wait to return for another class. Rae x

   I booked into have a 1-2-1 with Joanne to learn to design large urns. Joanne was warm and welcoming plus very open and approachable when asking questions. The ingredients she chose were beautiful! Joanne had loads of great tips, not just about the design but choosing the ingredients, the vessel type, logistics and transportation. There was a relaxed atmosphere and it was wonderful to spend a few hours working with Joanne and chatting all things flowers. I would really recommend seeing Joanne for a 1-2-1 class.

   Joanne is an amazing florist. It’s always such a pleasure working together. She recently did the flowers for one of my couples getting married in central London which was inspired by meadow flowers. All Joanne’s flowers were stunning from the wonderful ceremony garland and meadow aisles to the beautiful reception urns and table flowers. I highly recommend Joanne Truby Floral Design for the best wedding flowers.

   Joanne, I just wanted to reach out again and say thank you for the spectacular flowers on our wedding day on 13 August!!! As you were aware, we didn’t have much creative vision but you took what little brief you had and made some that honestly blew me away! When we went into the marquee and saw the centre pieces I was so emotional and overwhelmed with how amazing they were. They were honestly one of my top highlights of the day. You are so talented and we are very grateful for the epic display you provided! I also wanted to say well done for keeping them alive and looking so good all day which cannot have been easy in that heat, we even managed to preserve some to take home including my bouquet! We would highly recommend you to anyone who wants truly creative, beautiful flower displays and a simple carefree approach to planning which took all the stress away from us.    Joanne is a truly amazing florist and teacher. I took her ‘Introduction to Floristry’ course and it was such a fun, creative and informative day. Joanne had put together the most beautiful and generous array of flowers for me to work with, and her demos and guidance really helped me improve my technique. She’s also just a lovely person to spend a day with, and her floral studio is the perfect setting. I came away from the day feeling really inspired and with a much clearer vision for my floristry business.Thank you so much Joanne!

   Joanne is a complete star! After the latest government announcement cutting weddings from 30 guests to 15, my husband and I decided to bring the entire wedding forward by a week to save our already heavily reduced list of guests. This gave our wedding suppliers precisely three days to get everything turned around. By far the hardest job on the list was for poor Joanne, who had to make a last minute flower order and get all our bouquets and church flowers created with little to no notice. But my goodness, you would never have known as our flowers were completely stunning! Joanne understood my brief straight away, I wanted an elegant and romantic look with a timeless blousy feel with blush pinks, ivory and whites. My bridal bouquet was just gorgeous, I couldn't stop looking at it as there were so many lovely elements to discover. Not to mention, the colours of the bridesmaid bouquets looked wonderful with their dresses, they really complemented the entire look. Thank you Joanne for all your help!!

   Joanne is a beautiful lady inside and out. I contacted her to see if she could help me out with brushing up on a few of my floristry skills. She went above and beyond to create the most incredible workshop for me in her fabulous new studio. Joanne had the most exquiste flowers for me to use, and was very generous with all her knowledge and expertise. She even provided a delicious lunch and cake. Honestly, any florist wanting a refresh, a well earned me day or to learn something new - Joanne is the lady for you! I will most definitely be going back.
