I ordered a wreath for my late mother’s funeral, whilst it was prepared on time I was deeply disappointed with what we received. I had asked for the word ‘AMI’ (mum in Urdu) at the point of ordering and informed them of the flowers I wanted, I chose based on colour. I asked the young lady if the letters would be visible to which I was informed they would. When the wreath arrived I was saddened to see that the word AMI was not as defined as I expected. On complaining to the florist I was told that the client’s remit had been followed but they usually use different flowers so the wording can be clearly seen. I was at no point given this information which I believe the florist should have advised on. The wreath looked like a lovely arrangement of flowers which was not what I had paid for. Will not be going back given the owners avoidance to address my complaint effectively. The response to my review by White Flowers Company angers me further, they have clearly not been truthful as to what happened at the point of ordering. Requesting me next time to follow their guidance/opinion is totally untrue, if they had read my original review, objectively they would have seen that I state I did not get any guidance. Additionally, they go to praise their promptness in getting my order ready, again in my review I alluded to this. The company’s response is a masked promotion of themselves whereas the customer (myself) is shown to be at fault. All I wanted was an apology saying that on this occasion they may have ‘got it wrong’.
Visited here yesterday. The lady made me a beautiful bouquet and spent a long time choosing and preparing. The birthday girl over them and had tears in her eyes! Thank you!
