   Awful customer service and a total lack of professionalism. I have a genuine appreciation for flowers and regularly buy from reputable, talented florists — so I know what good floristry and good service look like. Unfortunately, this florist offered neither. The bouquet she prepared for my mother was poorly arranged, careless, and completely lacking in style or thought. When I brought it back to raise my concerns, I was met with a disgraceful attitude — defensive, rude, and completely dismissive. Instead of listening or trying to make things right professionally, she acted like I was the problem. She did refund the money, which was the only decent part of the entire experience — likely because she knew she’d overcharged and underdelivered. It’s insulting to charge premium prices for substandard work and then treat customers like fools when they speak up. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. I would never recommend this florist to anyone.

   Purchased a bouquet for my wife from the 24/7 vending machine. What a brilliant idea this is incredibly convenient couldn’t believe my eyes that there’s a vending machine for flowers. For the price it’s not great value however for the convenience it’s worth every penny. If it can cheer up the wife I’m all for it.

   I’ve bought flowers from Milamei twice so far. Both resulted in a very happy girlfriend! Bouquets are slightly expensive but very high quality so definitely worth it overall. Wish I could tell you more but I know very little about flowers. I will be coming back though!

   Daylight robbery. Do not use. £20 should get you a half decent bunch of flowers but in exchange I got 3 roses!! Absolutely shocking, the owner couldn't give a toss either. "It's a flower shop, what do you expect". Absolutely terrible. Avoid. Wish I could give zero.

   Good little flower shop, they have good complementary handmade cards and chocolates if I’m not mistaken. I have bought flowers from here which were very good. Do recommend for anyone looking for a local florist!

   My boyfriend bought flowers from here several times but they were lasting only for a day! He was paying too much! The quality of flowers are not good at all. The flowers he was buying from tescos and sainsburys actually lasted longer!! Very poor quality products from this shop
