   I had up until recently left this a rather negative review of this store. In hindsight I was wrong and I apologise. My issue was with the parcel courier and not the shop or the staff. The trials of being self employed and exhausted I was unfair. The shop has an extensive range and is welcoming of all patrons without prejudice. The staff are always welcoming to help.

   You definitely see the difference in customer services given at this shop when the owner is present and absent. The staff keeps on chatting at the till making customers wait, some of them take liberties trying to be funny (lack of professionalism), and refuse to put in special orders in case there is an item missing. My suggestion, the owner should perhaps do like in KFC and place a box near the till so customers can make them aware of staff behaviour. Short pale daft little fella that shouldn't be working with people.
