   Fantastic shop, so so much gorgeous stuff in there and the lady who served us was quite nice but didn’t think much of the man and other lady out the back doing the flowers. The way your mannerisms are could come across a bit nicer, to both the customer and your staff, would make the world of difference.

   Received a beautiful fresh bouquet which had to be attempted to be delivered 3 times, due to a fault sender's end. They made a fresh bouquet as it took days to find correct address as wrong on booking. They even phoned me to check address and when I would be in to deliver to. Really went the extra mile, which was very much appreciated by elderly sender and me. Highly recommended - thank you so much. Flowers still look great a week and a half later in your beautiful arrangement..
