   I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received. I ordered flowers for my friend’s funeral — an incredibly important and emotional day — and they never arrived. What makes this even worse is that they claimed they had been delivered, despite this being completely untrue. When I called to get answers, I was told someone would call me back to “get to the bottom of it.” Not only did nobody call me back, but after that point they simply stopped answering my calls altogether. To behave like this at such a sensitive time is beyond unprofessional — it’s disrespectful and shows a complete lack of care or accountability. Imagine I had to even physically go to the shop to get a refund not once did they offer. I was left without the flowers I’d paid for, without any explanation, and without any attempt from the company to resolve the issue. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this business at all costs. Their service is unreliable, their communication is shocking, and their treatment of customers is appalling. At a moment that mattered, they failed me entirely.

   Beautiful 'Pastel Palette' flowers arrived for my friends Birthday today. She was so happy with the presentation and size of the arrangement. It was so easy to order and pay for online. Also it was great to be able to phone with a question and be greeted with a friendly voice the other end. Great service all round. Thank you .

   My daughter & myself have bought from Tracey flowers for years now, we are never disappointed Ordered some flowers to be delivered for my daughter twice in recent weeks they were beautiful my daughter was so pleased with them. They delivered on time, Tracy is so helpful & the staff, cannot fault them at all.    My partner Dave ordered a large bouquet of flowers for a remembrance golf society for his late dad. He needed to pick it up earlier than opening time so Tracy left it next door ..so very happy with the fantastic customer service and over the moon with the bouquet which was presented to his mum after the presentation. Great flowers and great service all round..thank you

   Absolutely over the moon with the stunning ‘Gracious’ Mothers Day bouquet delivered to my Mum this morning. My Mum said the picture doesn’t do them justice, they are just beautiful. I emailed Tracy’s last nite to see if they could be delivered early as my Mum decided to tell me she was going out at 2pm today and they were there first thing this morning. An absolutely top class service from this florist and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you. ❤️

   Highly recommend. I ordered a specific London Taxi wreath for my Grandad's funeral and Hayley done a marvellous job.    I’m a little late posting this excellent review because I wanted to see exactly how long my flowers lasted before being honest for those of you reading this. I received the most beautiful bouquet, in fact it was really stunning with its pink roses, Gerbera and the most beautiful hydrangea. Absolutely stunning. This bouquet was truly constructed from the heart, and able to convey beautifully the sentiments of the occasion. The presentation and the quality of flowers used were excellent. They have lasted 12 days now. I highly recommend Flowers by Tracey and would like to thank them so much. X
