The company, is very nice and willing, my product did come broken, but was offered a full refund or a new package. But in future i will order again from them for mother's day. I do worry a bit but i am glad everything is sorted they do really have beautiful stuff. In note for the Glass items just a little more padding.
I ordered the 6 tier make up organiser, top is filled with pink roses and has my name engraved on the top. Amazing service, super friendly and very patient! Also great quality flower and quite quick shipping. I also asked if it was possible to add some extra letters on the box although normally it isn’t possible on the website, but it was no problem. My mother was very happy when she received it for her birthday!
