    Well stocked shop and reasonably convenient location. The products are good but I am marking down for the company as a whole . The online and telephone customer service is far from friendly. I spent an hour trying to sort out an issue and although they eventually did sort it , it was so unfriendly and I felt like a naughty child being reprimanded. I am a regular customer for many years so this is really quite upsetting to be treated like this. This is for whole company and NOT for this store . This store has always been helpful .

    I always shop here for my health food and vitamins, I also use their beauty products as well. It's a great place to browse to see all the different things they sell, very interesting, I always see something that I haven't heard of or even seen before. I also research things before I buy and read the reviews so I can make a well informed decision. However, I must say I have never been disappointed with anything I've bought from this shop. The staff are very knowledgeable, ask them anything and they will look it up for you if they don't already know the answer. Amazing place! Love it!

    This is a good Holland & Barrett store on Bath Street Ilkeston, just a minutes walk from the Market Square. It's smart and well stocked like all their stores usually are. We went in to buy sugar free/no added chocolate but some were out of stock, but were told delivery was expected the next day.

    Loved the service. The lady who served me was super helpful and chatty. Would recommend to anyone. Also they stock hairburst for new mums...a lot of Holland and barrett don't stock that in my area
